Loner: Description
I divided the bin families among the three default neighborhoods, but I didn't have a purpose to play these characters. But if I want supernaturals, but don't want to fuck up the premades with stories, I figured, why not make these miscellaneous sims into vampires?? This is Ajay Loner, Cyd Roseland, and Chester Gieke. And I haven't tried the home business function yet, so that is new as well! Their business is downstairs and their windowless lair is upstairs. I don't know how they could have jobs as nocturnal-only creatures, so that's their income. I just wish I could stop the constant stream of "blehs"...

Rec: Sims 2 Fanfic
[Short Fic] Unfortunately it's perpetually unfinished, but it's cool. Strangetown, of course.
[Sets of Fics] This journal has various posts about Sims 2 premades, some in the format of news articles! There are no timestamps, but given mentioned dates it's probably been years abandoned.
BTW, Thanks for all the answers about image hosting sites!!!! I didn't know if I'd actually get replies haha.
As for me, it seems like I may just play play play La Fiesta Tech and Strangetown and not even write a single word until the big 4 (ripp, tank, johnny, ophelia) graduate. Too much fun!
Just a little complaint...as I've been browsing Sims 2 stories...I feel like some people make children sound like adults or pretentious teens. Highly articulate, commenting on complexities... Idk man, I'm barely ever around kids.
Fanfiction.net has so many rules about what to post. I can't post my recent text-only fic there because it has texting conversations. Now I have to convert them into phone conversations. I also can't edit a chapter without the format going to shit and having to upload another word document. Fml. I know I owe a lot to fanfiction.net since I used to read so much there before ao3 existed and then when ao3 was still a baby. But it still. It makes me appreciate ao3.
I've been watching a lot of Scrubs. Quite humorous for such a serious setting.

Title: Four Gloomy Men
Summary: Ripp and Tank start college, but nothing goes as planned.
Genre: drama, angst, hurt/comfort
Word Count: ~6000
Chapter 1
Tank knew several things about himself.
He was physically strong. He had a strict workout regimen.
He was self-disciplined. Routines, rules, and plans were a cinch to follow.
He obeyed instructions easily and automatically. He had Buzz's training to "thank" for that.
He had robust stamina. He would often keep training after Buzz got tired.
He was dedicated. If he wanted to achieve something, he would. He would do it no matter how he was doing and no matter how busy he was.
He took care of his health. He went to bed at the same time each night down to the minute and studied nutrition fervently.
He was familiar with his body and how to use it. He knew when to push himself and when to not, and was cognizant of the way his limbs moved.
And finally, he knew that he would be a perfect dance major.

Strangetown
Strangetown, the classic one, the mysterious-yet-not-that-mysterious-because-all-mysteries-have-been-learned-about-already one, and of course the one Zoing goes to first. With the male sims staying in this version, how close to the original plot lines Maxis laid out will Zoing play?
Veronaville
The Montys just want a peaceful life, but the snooty Capps kicked them out of their first apartment! And yet, a few positive bonds are set to build bridges between them. How many enemyships can Zoing repair, and how many will she leave alone?
Pleasantview
Pleasantview did nothing but collect dust during Zoing's first playthrough of the sims. And now, she doesn't even have three screenshots to spare for the intro montage. Will Zoing ever play the main neighborhood of Sims 2, or is it just too plain to bother with?
Bluewater Village
Wait. The shopping district has sims?? Apparently so. Are these sims too random for Zoing to bother with, or will the appeal of Open for Business give them life?

Traveller: Description
I've loved seeing the Travellers around the apartment, even if I haven't played them yet. Apartment Life is honestly my favorite EP so far. I still have to test out Open for Business and University. This family is the first time I've used the Bon Voyage EP, and I love it, but it was also a trainwreck lmao! I learned that 2 nights is barely enough time to do anything as it takes FOREVER to fill up each sim, the roommate is ALWAYS starving to death, I couldn't figure out how to get the restaurant system to work, and the roommate kept fucking waking everyone up by watching TV!

I'm trying to raise Justin into teenagehood, as he will be in the next cycle of university along with Buck and Jill, and possibly some other newborns. No plotline has come naturally to me, but I find this background story cool! The pets both have jobs thank goodness...need to use every working hand, or paw. I used motherlode to finish the exterior remodel to be more deserty/beachy, but I wanted to have the same amount of simoleons I did before, and I found out that buying clothing is the way to waste your money on this game! But with motherlode'ing everyone to go on vacation, I may not go to this length again lol...
