I made some health headcanons for my sims although I'm unlikely to include these things in my game story.



BUZZ
...debilitatingly mentally ill (depression, cptsd)
...physically disabled (hyperthyroidism, hypertension)

LYLA
...debilitatingly MI (bipolar I, anxiety, anorexia, bulimia)
...physically disabled (fibromyalgia, chronic migraine)

TANK
...moderately MI (depression, ocpd, orthorexia)

RIPP
...debilitating MI (depression, bpd)
...developmentally disabled (adhd, dyslexia, dyscalculia)

BUCK
...severely MI (depression, anxiety, social phobia, dpd, maladaptive daydreaming)
...physically disabled (asthma, food allergies, hashimoto's autoimmune)

PT9
...mild-to-moderately MI (anxiety, social phobia)
...physically disabled (diabetes II)

JENNY
...physically disabled (eczema, vaginasmus)

JOHNNY
...moderately MI (depression)

JILL
...mild-to-moderately MI (depression)

OLIVE
...debilitatingly mentally ill (bipolar II, hpd, aspd, pica)

OPHELIA
...debilitatingly MI (depression, anxiety, ocd, hypochondria, ptsd, bpd)
...physically disabled (diabetes I, anemia, endometriosis)

NEVILLE (nervous subject)
...debilitatingly MI (depression, anxiety, social phobia, cherophobia, ocd, cptsd, szpd, avpd, maladaptive daydreaming, psychosis)

...physically disabled (tourette's, chronic fatigue, crps)

The following will not go below major mentall illness during their lifespan: Buzz, Lyla, Olive, Neville. The following will not get relief from "minor" MI: Ripp, Buck, Ophelia.
